Whilst not becoming slaves to technology.....We do employ the latest technology to recieve calls into our call centre, all calls are recorded using the "Oak" call recording hardware. Call diversion is employed to ensure no calls are missed.
All bookings are handled by our "GPC Autocab" sytem, this allows all journeys to be priced immediately. Business accounts are invoiced with efficiency. A fax to email system allows remote fax collection, Indeed a lot of our clients prefer to email their transport requirements. Use of "Blackberry" mobiles allow us to recieve and retrieve all communications into our business
